Meet Our Team

Will Eastman - CFII

Will is a CFI/CFII. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, he gained his Private Pilot Certificate in 2021, flying around the busy Atlanta airspace. He then progressed through FAA licenses, and earned his CFI and CFII in 2024. Will is an active member of the Central Illinois aviation community as an active skydive pilot, EAA Chapter 129 member, and a board member of the Crosswinds Flying Club.
Although aviation is a second career, Will started coaching and teaching from the very beginning. Starting out coaching competitive gymnastics, he then held corporate roles in team leadership and executive coaching before pursuing flight training. He believes every student is different, deserves a tailored approach, and always focuses on meeting the unique needs of each student.
Will is available for flight reviews, IPCs, VFR and IFR instruction, and general pilot services.

Jack Zimmerman is a CFI/CFII from Chenoa, IL committed to creating a positive, supportive learning environment for every student. With1200+ flight hours and experience instructing at Louisville Aviation, Southern Illinois University and Pontiac Flying Service; Jack brings strong technical skills and a passion for developing safe, skilled aviators. He holds a degree in Aviation Management from SIU, graduating magna cum laude. He is now a first officer at Contour Airlines.

Jackson Zimmerman - CFII

Jeff Potter is a CFI/CFII from Fairbury, IL. Jeff has been flight instructing with Pontiac Flying Service for nearly 20 years.
